Students Win a Round in Court

Boston University students have won a round in court against the RIAA. This doesn't mean the fight is over. It just makes it a little more difficult for the RIAA to prove its point because the court basically recognized the student's right to privacy. The article goes on to say intimidation is not working for the RIAA because students are still downloading music illegally.
